Q: What is the first step if I want to contact Atelier M+A?
A: Please call or email us anytime you are thinking to build or renovate your property. We can meet up in person or via Zoom for a free consultation.
Q: Are you able to prepare a design proposal before the services contract is signed?
A: Yes. With a small fee we will be able to make a preliminary study of the project for your further consideration. We take the task very seriously and will work out the best scheme for you. If our services agreement is confirmed after the preliminary study proposal, the fee charge will form part of our design fee for the project.
Q: Who will be in charge of the project?
A: Harimoto Masaki and Ng Ai Hwa will oversee the full process of the project from initial site visits, design drafting to site supervision.
Q: Who are the contractors to construct the projects?
A: We have a selection of contractors whom have met our expectations in terms of quality. We will invite these contractors for quotation/ tender exercise so that our Clients are able to receive the most competitive pricing for their projects.
Q: How does Atelier M+A deliver a project successfully?
A: We hold numerous discussions with our Clients before finalising on the design. We visit the construction sites regularly to coordinate with the contractor and to ensure design compliance. We care for every stage of the project to ensure quality and in delivering the project successfully.
