This is the renovation of more than 25 year old HDB flat. A wall between the living and a bedroom was replaced by the sliding panels to create a study space that can be opened or closed to the living room. The kitchen is visually continuous while it can be separated from living room physically.Our favorite contrast of oak and white is introduced with Spanish black dot tiles in the kitchen as a subtle accent. The project was completed in April 2017.
