An interior overhaul of the 40-year old condominium unit with a split level.The interior layout was re-designed to allow for bigger kitchen and bathrooms space.Timber louvres were designed as railings for the split level and yet introduce light into originally dark dining space. Full-height louvre enclosed the entertainment room to create an exclusive atmosphere for relaxation, music and mahjong sessions.
